Management assistant for office management (m/f)
What does an apprentice training to be a management assistant for office management do?
Do you like dealing with numbers and working on a computer? Are you outgoing and able to work in a team? Do you have strong organizational skills and is working accurately one of your strengths? Can you stay calm even in stressful moments? Then you’ve come to the right place!
During your apprenticeship, you will mainly be employed in our accounting and bookkeeping departments. Staff working in these departments draw up the invoices, process incoming and outgoing mail, monitor payments from our customers and pay invoices from our suppliers.
You will also do a stint of training in one of our three sales departments. Your tasks in the sales departments will include monitoring delivery dates, checking delivery notes and order confirmations as well as entering purchase orders.
